SWIPEAT TERMS OF USE (EULA) Last updated: February 14, 2026

1. Purpose The purpose of these Terms of Use (hereinafter "Terms" or "EULA") is to define the terms and conditions under which users may access and use the SwipEat mobile application.

2. Description of the Service SwipEat is a mobile application allowing users to discover restaurants via a "swipe" system, view their menus, learn about their offers, and make reservations. SwipEat is intended for two types of users:

• Consumer Users (who are looking for restaurants).

• Restaurant Owners (who promote their establishment via a professional dashboard).

3. Registration and Account Access to certain features (reservations, favorites list) requires the creation of an account (via Google, Apple, or standard email). The user agrees to provide accurate information and to maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials.

4. Premium Subscriptions The application offers "Premium" subscriptions:

• For users: access to exclusive features (advanced filters, unlimited swipes, etc.).

• For restaurant owners: featured listings, multiple photos, advanced profile management, and loyalty programs.

Payments and subscriptions are managed via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store platforms. Any request for cancellation or refund must be made directly through the account settings of the respective app store.

5. Reservations and Commitments SwipEat acts solely as a technical intermediary between users and restaurants. SwipEat cannot be held liable in the event of:

• Reservation refusal by the restaurant,

• Cancellation of the reservation by either party,

• Quality of the culinary offering or on-site service.

6. Intellectual Property All elements of the application (logos, texts, interfaces) are protected by intellectual property rights and belong to Quentin SEGURA.
