We are sorry to see you go. In accordance with the GDPR and platform requirements (Google Play / App Store), this page allows you to request the deletion of your SwipEat account and all associated data.
1. What happens upon deletion? Account deletion is permanent. Once processed, you will not be able to recover your data. The following information will be immediately and permanently erased from our servers:
Identity: First name, last name, and email address.
Preferences: Favorite restaurants and saved lists.
Activity: "Swipe" history and group participation.
Contributor: Restaurant photos and reviews you have shared.
Benefits: Accumulated loyalty tokens and active Premium access.
2. How to request deletion?
Method 1: From the app (Recommended)
Open the SwipEat app.
Go to your Profile.
Tap the Settings icon (gear).
Select "Delete my account" and confirm.
Method 2: By email If you no longer have access to the app, please send your request to the following address: 👉 contact@swipeat-app.fr
Subject: SwipEat Account Deletion Request
Please specify the email address used to create the account. For your security, the request must be sent from this exact same email address.
3. Processing time Any request sent by email will be processed by our technical team within a maximum of 7 business days. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the deletion is complete.
Note: SwipEat commits to not keeping any residual data after deletion, with the exception of legal obligations regarding the retention of security logs for a limited period.
